Research statement
This research exists to bridge the gap between complex quantitative methods and real-world financial applications. It serves the academic community, financial institutions, technology companies and policymakers who need AI frameworks for risk assessment and market analysis that they can actually inspect.
Three properties are non-negotiable. Transparent: the materials are published, so a result can be re-run, not just cited. Explainable: a model's answer should come with its reasons, especially when the answer prices risk. Reproducible: if a finding dissolves when someone else runs the code, it was never a finding.
The fourth property is the one that distinguishes this body of work: every paper states its own limitations next to its claims. Quantitative research earns trust by being exact about uncertainty, not by hiding it.
